What to include
Including these up front usually saves a round trip:
- Sizing questions — your chest measurement in centimetres, taken with a soft tape at the fullest point, and whether you prefer a close or a relaxed fit.
- Care questions — a photograph of the care label, so we are answering about the actual garment rather than a general case.
- Print questions — a close photograph of the lettering. Heat-transfer film and sublimation look quite different up close, and the answer depends on which one it is.
What we cannot help with
This site is a publication, not a shop, so there are several things we are simply not able to
do:
- We cannot take an order, quote a price, or confirm whether something is available. Nothing is sold here.
- We cannot look up, change, track or cancel a purchase made anywhere else.
- We hold no stock and issue no invoices.
- We are an independent publication with no relationship to any club, league or manufacturer, so we cannot answer questions addressed to those organisations.
